19:30 Pick-up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Depart for Ha Giang.

22:00 – 23:30 Rest stops at Noi Bai Airport and Tuyen Quang.

03:30 Arrive at Rocks Ha Giang Hostel. A complimentary room is provided for a few hours of rest before the journey begins.

07:30 Breakfast at Rocks Ha Giang Restaurant. Begin the Ha Giang Loop, featuring Km0 Square, Bac Sum Pass, Heaven’s Gate Quan Ba, and Can Ty Pass.

12:00 Lunch in Yen Minh town. Afternoon visit to Tham Ma Pass, Sung La Valley (Pao’s House), H’mong King’s Palace, Lung Cu Flag Tower, and Lo Lo Chai Village.

16:30 Check-in at hotel or homestay in Dong Van Town.

Dinner in the Old Quarter followed by a leisure walk.

07:00 Breakfast at a local market (Sunday Market Fair participation if applicable). Travel the "Happiness Road" to Meo Vac, including Ma Pi Leng Pass, the emerald Nho Que River (boat trip included), and the famous M-shaped curve.

13:00 Lunch in Yen Minh.

16:30 Arrive at Rocks Ha Giang Hostel for a relaxing tea break with welcome drinks and fruit.

17:00 Depart for Hanoi. Rest stop at Tuyen Quang.

23:00 Arrival in Hanoi. The trip concludes.

Notes for guests

This is a high-quality small group tour with a maximum of 14 people. Our Jeep option accommodates a maximum of 4 passengers per vehicle.

Self-driving requires a valid International Motorbike Driving License, and there is an additional $20/day surcharge for 150cc bike upgrades.

What to bring?

Pack lightweight, breathable clothing, sturdy walking shoes, sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, hat), and insect repellent. A camera is highly recommended to document the spectacular mountain scenery.
